Cecilia Marrinan

Cecilia serves as the Deputy Director of Communications at Encode Justice. She graduated from Brown University in May 2024 with a degree in International and Public Affairs and a Certificate in Data Fluency. As a tech policy researcher at the Kapor Foundation, Cecilia is dedicated to fostering a more equitable technology ecosystem by advancing racial and socioeconomic justice. She has previously interned at The White House and National Geographic Society. Most recently, she interned with the Digital and Cyberspace Program at the Council on Foreign Relations and is a part of the All Tech is Human mentorship program.
