Kashyap Rajesh, a senior at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois, brings nearly 3 years of experience to Encode Justice. At Encode Justice, he serves as the head of the Chapter Coordination division, where he oversees a global network of 50+ chapters. In this capacity, Kashyap is responsible for directing on-the-ground public awareness initiatives and organizing bi-annual, in-person advocacy sprints for chapter leads to engage with tech executives and lawmakers. Beyond his involvement with Encode Justice, Kashyap finds joy in exploring new cuisines, nurturing his passion for Indian classical music, and enjoying on long bike rides with friends!
