Pranav Jaganathan is a sophomore studying Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. He has served as the Director of Finance and Operations since the founding of the organization, helping incorporate the organization as a 501(c)4 nonprofit organization, managing its growing budget, and helping organize events across the country. Aside from his involvement with Encode Justice, Pranav has worked in the voting rights and gun violence prevention spaces, working to build up the many communities that he has been a part of previously. He finds joy in cooking, playing the saxophone, and watching UT college football!
